3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account, including any unauthorized use by a third party.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately (24/7 live chat or [email protected]). Timely reporting will help us secure your account.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts for the same individual or household, and operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, is prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses received will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

dbh88 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may verify your identity for the following reasons:

5.2 General Bonus Policy

All promotions, bonuses, and special offers are subject to the following general conditions:

  • While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be activated at the same time.
  • dbh88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice.
  • Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; they are converted to real funds only after the wagering conditions are met.
  • If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules for Placing Bets

6.2 Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Activities

  • Placing bets for or on behalf of a third party.

  • Harassing, threatening, or misleading other members.

If a prohibited activity is detected, dbh88 may permanently close the account without prior notice, forfeit all deposited and won funds, and take legal action if necessary.
